What acupuncture can support

Conditions we regularly treat

Acupuncture for Allergies

Seasonal and environmental allergies can affect your quality of life, leaving you feeling tired and uncomfortable. Using the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, our treatments are tailored to help support your body's natural defences, promote balance and ease common allergy symptoms such as sneezing, nasal congestion, itchy eyes and sinus discomfort.

Acupuncture for Digestive Wellbeing

Comfortable, settled digestion is one of the quickest routes to feeling light and energised. Our practitioners take a holistic approach to digestive health, creating personalised treatment plans that may help relieve bloating, abdominal discomfort, acid reflux, IBS symptoms, constipation, diarrhoea, nausea and digestion affected by stress or lifestyle factors.

Acupuncture for Fertility & Reproductive Health

Whether you're planning to conceive naturally or undergoing fertility treatment, acupuncture can provide supportive care throughout your journey. Treatment focuses on encouraging hormonal balance, supporting reproductive health, improving circulation and helping to reduce the physical and emotional stress often associated with trying to conceive.

Acupuncture for Men's Health

Traditional Chinese Medicine offers a holistic approach to supporting men's health at every stage of life. Our personalised acupuncture treatments are designed to promote overall wellbeing while addressing concerns such as stress, fatigue, low energy, hormonal balance, fertility, prostate health, urinary symptoms and sexual wellbeing. By focusing on restoring balance within the body, treatment aims to support your natural health, improve vitality and help you feel your best, both physically and mentally.

Acupuncture for Emotional Wellbeing

Modern life can take a toll on both the mind and body. Acupuncture may help promote relaxation, restore balance and support emotional wellbeing by calming the nervous system. Many patients seek treatment for stress, anxiety, low mood, emotional fatigue and symptoms associated with trauma, helping them feel more centred and resilient.

Paediatric Acupuncture

Children require a gentle and compassionate approach to treatment. Our practitioners provide age-appropriate Traditional Chinese Medicine therapies, adapting techniques to suit each child's individual needs and comfort. Treatment may help support sleep, digestion, emotional wellbeing, headaches, immune health and general wellness within a calm, reassuring environment.

Acupuncture for Sports Recovery

Whether you're an elite athlete or enjoy keeping active, acupuncture can play a valuable role in recovery from sports-related injuries. Treatment may help reduce muscle tension, encourage free-flowing circulation, support recovery from strains and overuse injuries, and improve mobility so you can return to activity with greater confidence.

Acupuncture for Healthy Weight Management

Feeling lighter and more energised often takes more than simply changing your diet. Traditional Chinese Medicine considers factors such as stress, digestion, hormonal balance and energy levels when supporting weight management. Acupuncture may help you feel more energised, less sluggish and more motivated to keep good habits going.

Acupuncture for Women's Health

From adolescence through to menopause and beyond, every stage of a woman's life brings unique health needs. We offer personalised treatments to support menstrual health, hormonal balance, fertility, pregnancy preparation, postnatal recovery, perimenopause and menopause. Every treatment plan is carefully tailored to your individual circumstances and wellbeing goals.

Acupuncture for Long-Term Health & Chronic Conditions

Living with a long-term health condition can affect every aspect of daily life. Acupuncture may be used alongside your existing medical care to help support symptom management, improve comfort and enhance overall wellbeing. Our practitioners regularly provide complementary care for people living with persistent pain, arthritis, migraines, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, respiratory conditions, digestive disorders, hormonal imbalances, cardiovascular conditions, neurological disorders and many other ongoing health concerns. Every treatment plan is designed around your individual needs and works in harmony with your wider healthcare team where appropriate.
